W. Brown (ext. 221)
President
John W. Brown has been involved with Mohawk since the companys
founding in 1958. In 1967, he succeeded Wilbur L. Brown as company
president. Prior to that, he was a Mohawk salesman, covering everything
west of the Mississippi River. As president of Mohawk, he has overseen
the company emerge as one of the most trusted parts suppliers in the
transit and motorcoach industries. |

Executive Vice President
Robert Brown joined Mohawk in 1990 and soon after directed the bids
and contracts department. He was elevated to executive vice president
in January 2000.

Sarah
Brown (ext. 202)
Customer Service Representative
Sarah Brown joined Mohawk in January 1999. A native of Chicagos
northern suburbs, she earned masters degree from the Lake Forest
College Graduate School of Business in June 2005. She enjoys customer service because
it affords her a chance to interact with customers who have also become
friends. |

T.J.
Brown (ext. 228)
Customer Service Representative
T.J. Brown has been part of Mohawk's staff since January 2000, when
he served the company in a part-time fashion. A graduate of
Indiana University (B.A. Journalism), Mr. Brown spent several years
out of college pursuing a journalism career. He still is a freelance
writer, primarily for the Arlington Heights Daily Herald. With his
journalism background, Mr. Brown produces Mohawk's newsletter, writes most press
releases and most of the content on this site. He is pursuing an MBA
and a Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications at
Loyola University Chicago. He also serves on the Board of Governors
for Kohl Children's Museum in Glenview, Ill. |

Jepsen (ext. 226)
Customer Service Representative
George Jepsen began at Mohawk in January 2004 after several years in
a similar position at SPI Distribution, an automotive and
light-truck aftermarket parts supplier. |

Otto
Kamptner (ext. 204)
Customer Service Representative
Otto Kamptner has been an integral part of Mohawk since originally
working part-time for Mohawk in 1974. In 1979, Mr. Kamptner became
full-time with Mohawk and has been working with customers ever since.
Otto enjoys the rapport he has built with countless customers from
all over the country and from all kinds of transit operations.

Quotes and Contracts
Steven Mikos Mohawk career began in 2000, and his years of experience
in the manufacturing industry helped him hit the ground running. Within
months of his first day at Mohawk, his duties expanded from only working
in customer service to assisting Bob Brown with bids and contracts.

Lee Amand has been

Lebanon, Pa., Mr. Amands territory runs from Maine to Virginia. |

Eastern Canada and

Bob Pinet became
Mohawks Eastern Canada Regional Sales Manager in 1996. Last
year, he added Western New York to his territory. Mr. Pinet is very
active in CUTA (Canadian Urban Transit Association), serving on its
advisory board. He is based out of Burlington, Ont.

Greg Spires came to Mohawk in September of 2003.
Mr. Spires has over 25 years of experience in the Transit and
Motor Coach industry. His territory consists of the Carolinas to
Arkansas to Florida and all states in between.

Great Lakes USA
Tom Gramly came
to Mohawk in 1999 after years with Flxible. Mr. Gramlys Great
Lakes Territory encompasses all of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri,
Michigan, Kentucky and Ohio along with western Pennsylvania. He is
based out of Mansfield, Ohio. |

Jimieson
Southwest USA
Jim Jimieson became
Mohawks West Coast Regional Sales Manager in January 1990, and
sales have grown so much under his watch that it necessitated adding
another RSM to handle the northern half of it in 1998. Mr. Jimieson
is based out of Scottsdale, Ariz., and his territory encompasses southern
California, southern Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico,
Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. |

Randy Lackman came
to Mohawk in 1999 after a distinguished career with Orion. His technical
expertise has made him an invaluable source for his customers. Mr.
Lackmans territory stretches from Alaska south into northern
California and east into Winnipeg. He is based in Surrey, B.C. |

Dave
Lakickas (ext. 220)
Engineering Manager
Dave Lakickas joined Mohawk in May 2006 after five years as a senior
mechanical engineer for Motorola's Automotive Group. There, he
developed devices utilizing hands-free, GPS and and Bluetooth
technologies for vehicle makers like Mercedes Benz and
DaimlerChrysler. Prior to that, he worked for a division of Illinois
Tool Works. A 1996 graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago
(B.S., Mechanical Engineering), Dave enjoys spending time with his
family, walking his dogs, woodworking and jogging by the lake.

Tatak (ext. 216)
Staff Engineer
Christopher Tatak joined Mohawk in April 2007 after three
years as a quality engineer for J.L. French Corporation in
Wisconsin. Prior to that, he attended Milwaukee School
of Engineering where he graduated with a degree in mechanical
engineering in May 2004.

Andy Sitko
Quality Assurance Manager
Andy Sitko became Mohawks Quality Assurance Manager in 1997.
Mr. Sitko is responsible for maintaining Mohawks high standards
for quality. He earned an engineering degree at Politechnika
Krakowska in Krakow, Poland in 1981. For 13 years, he was an
engineer in an airplane factory that produced the MiG 15, among
other aircraft. Before coming to Mohawk, he worked for several years
for an automotive parts company in Chicago. |
